Welcome to 31 Days of Simply Embracing Life! I’m so glad you’re here! It has been a couple of years since I participated in the 31 Days of Writing phenomenon, but I am so happy to be back. I am excited for this challenge! As I contemplated a topic for this month, my thoughts drifted back to why I started this blog in the first place. Seven years ago I was in a very difficult place in life. I had been “downsized” out of a job that I loved, our finances were a mess, and I felt like my life
