Earlier today I went outside to find my smile . I had lost it somewhere and I thought that maybe it had slipped out the door when I wasn’t looking. Out in my yard today… sunny and a bit breezy, 30 degrees according to my thermometer. We have been having unseasonably warm weather for the past several weeks and my yard is a bit confused. When my husband was taking down the outside Christmas lights a couple of weeks ago he discovered several clumps of emerging daffodils! Several of the trees and bushes have broken bud and I found this today… little peaches on my peach tree! In the middle of January! Are you kidding me?! I found a least a dozen of these tiny guys. A new day, a new month, a new year! In years past, I would make a long list of resolutions that I would rarely keep and then proceed to feel guilty about not following through with my intentions.
