TGIF!!! Time to Find Your Fresh! With turkey day less than a week away, we will be focusing on all things Thanksgiving today. Here are some suggestions that may inspire you as you look forward to this holiday:   Instead of just making that to-do list, create a realistic action plan that will allow you to get some of those things done. I love my smartphone! I love all of the conveniences it affords me. Rapid communication. Instant information. Beautiful photos. Music. Fun games. Social media. I can easily spend hours just doing stuff on my phone. I’m not the only one. Everywhere I go I see people looking at their devices. While shopping, exercising, eating, waiting, walking (dangerous), and even driving (highly dangerous). People are looking at their devices while they are out at dinner together.
